These terms govern purchases of digital products that Audiovook OÜ may offer. At present, published titles marked as free do not involve a purchase.
Products and purchases
Products are digital content delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped. Purchases may be processed by third-party payment platforms. Prices will be shown in euros before purchase.
Withdrawal and refunds
The right of withdrawal does not apply once access to digital content has begun where the user has expressly consented to immediate supply. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except in cases of technical error or proven malfunction.
Responsibility and applicable law
Audiovook OÜ is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
